Why TES Created This Scholarship

Hospitals, plants, refineries, and industrial operations depend on trained OEHS professionals to identify hazards before they cause harm. But too many talented students face barriers, financial, geographic, or simply a lack of visibility into the career path.

The Robertson Scholarship Fund exists to help remove those barriers by providing meaningful financial support to students who are committed to this career path.

Safety Gap Assessment

A Safety Gap Assessment is a detailed audit that evaluates an organization’s safety protocols, identifying areas where they may fall short of industry standards or regulatory requirements. This process involves analyzing current policies, verifying compliance with regulations, and providing recommendations to close any gaps. Regular assessments are crucial for ensuring long-term safety compliance, reducing risks, and protecting both employees and the organization.
