TES also provides specialized oversight for site development, logistics, modular builds, and main construction activities. Our dedicated team includes experts such as Quality Assurance Managers, EH&S Technicians, and specialized Superintendents, ensuring that every aspect of the project is handled with expertise and precision.
Construction Manager:
The Construction manager shall ensure that the project is constructed in strict compliance with all applicable drawings, specifications, and codes. He has the overall responsibility to ensure that construction of project meets EH&S, quality, and business requirements. Coordinated the methods of applying the engineering design of the plant with the intent and design specification of the engineering package. He shall engage with contractor leadership to communicate and observe work activities and to oversee contractor’s leadership to drive and ensure quality through the execution of the designed project engineered package. He will ensure that the project quality department is in full compliance with the required documentation for all aspects of construction. He will ensure that the contractor has the needed tools, material, and equipment to perform the job in a safe and quality manner. Communicate with contractors to stay ahead of events to foresee opportunities to capture cost savings and synergies on tools, material, and equipment. Maintain a professional relationship with peers and Contractors to allow for business discussions to be clear and complete. Accountable for activities within, and around the job site pertaining to productivity, safety, quality, security, IP protection.
EH&S Manager:
The EH&S Manger shall have the responsibilities to consult and provide oversite with contractors regarding the implementation, management, monitoring and compliance of their construction site safety programs. His duties and responsibilities shall include field safety oversight and monitoring of safe work performances. He shall provide oversite of the daily jobsite safety inspections, industrial hygiene monitoring, project audits, risk management, recordkeeping, and other administrative duties. He shall ensure that all construction activities are performed in a safe, environmentally sound manner and in compliance with EH&S policies, statutory requirements and site EH&S plans established for the project. He shall provide leadership in the implementation of all EH&S initiatives on the construction site and review in conjunction with EH&S personnel, all hazard studies, PTA, and work method statements. He will provide oversite and conduct safety meetings with the key members of the construction team to convey essential EH&S information to provide a sound basis for the performance of their tasks and to review construction status and forward planning.
